Overview
Nevada criminal defense attorney Cindy Nguyen (Thương Hoài Nguyễn) is dedicated to achieving the best results possible for our clients. Through aggressive investigation and negotiation, she can usually avoid heavy litigation and win significant charge reductions or full dismissals.
Cindy describes her unique approach to criminal defense:
My defense philosophy is rooted in diligence, strategy, and communication. I believe every client deserves a defense that is both thorough and personal. I analyze every detail, from body-worn camera footage to police reports to expose inconsistencies and procedural errors. I engage directly with prosecutors to seek resolution before trial but never hesitate to take a case to court when justice demands it.
Above all, I ensure my clients understand their options, their rights, and their path forward. I believe in transparency and mutual understanding, that’s why all of my clients have my cell phone number for if they have any questions or concerns.
As a young lawyer, I’m passionate about justice, community service, and continuous growth in my craft. I firmly believe you’re never done learning, so I make it a goal to learn something new every day. When I’m not in trial, you’ll likely find me refining arguments, reading case law, or practicing oral advocacy.
Cindy is also a United States Army Reserve Commissioned Officer and speaks fluent Vietnamese. (Cindy nói tiếng Việt lưu loát.)
Outside of the courtroom, Cindy loves exploring new food spots, enjoying warm places with water, watching funny court transcript videos, painting, and spending time with her puppy.
