Las Vegas criminal defense attorney Kevin Coburn has an excellent record of getting our clients’ charges reduce or dismissed. Through effective investigation, negotiation, and litigation, he can usually achieve favorable resolutions without the time and expense of going to trial.
Kevin discusses his approach to cases:
I objectively evaluate the evidence so I can properly assess each situation and provide my clients with honest, informed advice. If a client chooses to fight the case, I pursue the most aggressive defense strategy possible. If a client prefers to negotiate, I work tirelessly to secure the most favorable resolution available. Regardless of the approach, I am always committed to fighting hard for my clients and protecting their rights at every stage.
